BILLING WORKBENCH - New features development for World Fuel Services

Description

Worked with the product owner and a team to analyze, design, and enhance the current application Billing WorkBench. The company sells fuel to the fixed-based operator (FBO), and in order to issue the bills, they have been using BillingWorkBenhto to create Sales Orders, quotes, etc. Having said that, this application has played a fundamental role into the organization.

Responsibilities and Objectives

Develop, design, and maintain new features for BillingWorkBench application to support the business. Provide guidance to 2 developers of the team on the following aspects: Technical issues, design concerns, if a developer gets stuck on their work, provide guidance to correct and finish tasks before the end of the sprint.
