Concrete real time control and monitoring during its transportation to the job site. eTrace EM02 solution is based on the Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) and it's able to capture the moisture, slump/spread, water-cement ratio, temperature and RPM (revs per minute); all this information is sent to our cloud platform where the data is processed through advanced analytics that integrate Artificial Intelligent (AI) to control the critical concrete properties ensuring the quality standard compliance. The eTrace Platform shows in a simple and timely way the main concrete properties in real conditions for decision taking. The mainly advantages are the uncertainty reduce about the critical variables, higher production guarantees, dispatch rejections reduction and quality control during the transportation in real time. This device counts with a Hidronix® moisture highly precision sensor installed above the truck drum.

Responsibilities and Objectives

Develop, design, and maintain the initial platform and new features for eTraceConcrete Platform to support the business. Provide support to the application and solve issues in production as needed.
